When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be sent out to you within 24 hours.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You will automatically receive your tracking number via email 1-3 business days after placing your order.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your package. We will cover the costs for a new product. Please email us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Simply write to:

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Simply contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

Changes can be made to your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us if you need to modify any details. We can update the following information:

  • email address
  • phone number

What happens after I place my order?

After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. This email will recap all order details, including items, billing and shipping addresses, and payment method. Your order will be processed immediately and shipped to you.
